Deposit insurance
Deposits held with our partner custodian are insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category. Insurance covers the failure of the insured institution; it does not cover investment losses or unauthorised transactions, which are handled under our terms.
Interest rates
The savings APY quoted on this site is variable and accurate as at the date above. Interest accrues daily and is credited on the first of each month. We will notify you at least 30 days before any reduction.
Lending
Loans are subject to status and affordability assessment. The representative APR is 5.9%; the rate you are offered depends on our assessment and is confirmed in writing before any funds are disbursed. There is no penalty for early settlement.
Foreign exchange
Currency conversions use the live mid-market rate at the moment of execution, plus the conversion fee shown to you before you confirm. Rates move; the figure quoted before confirmation is indicative until the transfer is submitted.
